Junior+ Motion Designer

We're looking for Motion Designer to create compelling video ads, develop innovative visual concepts, and craft engaging multimedia content for mobile game marketing.

Responsibilities

– Full-cycle production of advertising videos both independently and in a team: from concept development to post-production
– Analyzing creative trends in the mobile advertising market
– Actively participating in brainstorming sessions and idea generation
– Analyzing ad performance and optimizing graphic and video materials

Requirements

– Ability to work with both 2D and 3D graphics
– Understanding of editing, composition, animation, and color psychology
– Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D or Blender
– Confident user of AI tools (such as VEO-3, Kling, Runway, ElevenLabs, Suno, ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.)
– Basic Unity skills (project launch, scene setup, in-game video recording)
– Awareness of advertising and mobile marketing trends; regularly follows market updates
– Creative and out-of-the-box thinking
– Strong teamwork and communication skills
– Ability to quickly adapt to new trends, technologies, and market conditions
– Responsibility, self-organization, and ability to meet deadlines
– Portfolio or active social media profile showcasing your works (including study or experimental projects)

Would be a plus:
– Experience in GameDev
– Proficiency with graphic editors (Photoshop, Illustrator)
– Experience with audio editors (Adobe Audition, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.)
– Personal experience with mobile games
– Strong time-management skills
