What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., service agreements, SaaS contracts, payment services agreements, partnership agreements, NDAs)

• Support corporate governance processes, including board documentation, resolutions, and statutory filings

• Assist with regulatory compliance in fintech and brokerage operations, including liaison with regulators and internal stakeholders

• Conduct legal research on corporate, financial services, data protection, and technology-related matters

• Conduct comparative legal research on licensing in different jurisdictions

• Monitor and interpret applicable legislation and regulatory updates affecting group activities.

• Support licensing processes, renewals, and ongoing compliance obligations

• Collaborate with internal departments (compliance, risk, operations, product, marketing) on legal matters

• Assist in handling disputes, claims, and external counsel coordination where required

Required

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); LLM will be considered an advantage

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house exposure to corporate, financial services, or technology sectors preferred)

• Basic understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial services and fintech

• Familiarity with MiFID II, AML/KYC frameworks, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR) is advantageous

• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages (Greek or Russian) considered an advantage

• Competency in standard office tools and legal research resources.

Nice to have

• Exposure to brokerage or fintech environments

• Understanding of cross-border corporate structures

• Commercial awareness and ability to translate legal requirements into operational guidance.
