Junior Data Analyst (Delivery)

We are looking for analysts in the Delivery Management Unit.

This role is for someone who wants to work close to engineering and product teams, understand how value is delivered, and turn operational data into clear insights, dashboards, and practical recommendations.

Challenges that await you:

• Build and support dashboards and reports for Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and Leadership.

• Analyze delivery metrics and process data to find bottlenecks, risks, dependencies.

• Work with engineering operations data, including cost allocation, capitalization support, resource allocation, and engineering capacity.

• Support regular reporting for delivery performance, engineering operations, and management reviews.

• Automate manual reports and make reporting easier, clearer, and more reliable.

What makes you a great fit:

• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools

• Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions

• Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory

• Analytical mindset and systematic thinking

• Experience in hypothesis testing and validation

• Good communication skills

Would be a plus:

• A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
