Junior Corporate Client Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Client Manager to support our corporate clients and help maintain strong, long-term relationships. In this role, you will assist clients with the use of our payment solutions, support daily operations, coordinate client requests, and contribute to improving the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate clients throughout their journey with the company, including onboarding and ongoing account management

• Assist clients with product-related questions and provide guidance on available solutions

• Coordinate and process client documentation, requests, and operational procedures

• Maintain accurate client information and activities in CRM systems and internal tools

• Communicate with clients in a professional, timely, and proactive manner

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client requests and ensure smooth operations

• Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction

• Support senior managers in expanding client relationships and contributing to business growth

• Assist with preparation and participation in international events, meetings, and client presentations

What you need to succeed in this role

• 1+ year of experience in client support, account management, banking, fintech, or financial services is preferred

• Basic understanding of corporate client processes within financial institutions, including onboarding and operational workflows

• Familiarity with CRM systems and client management tools

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Interest in fintech, payment solutions, and financial technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field is preferred

• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to grow within a client-facing role
