Junior Business Development

Location: Latin America / Spain
About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic and driven Junior BD who can represent LBank on the ground — attending events, meeting KOLs, and helping expand our user and community base in the region.
This is a perfect entry point for someone who may not yet have years of experience but shows strong initiative, local connections, and passion for the crypto ecosystem.
Your daily tasks will include:

• Reaching out to KOLs, local influencers, and creator communities

• Supporting small local campaigns and offline events

• Helping the regional manager build and maintain local partnerships

• Bringing new ideas for user acquisition and regional presence

Requirements:
✅ Based in Latin America or Spain
✅ Motivated, proactive, and reliable communicator
✅ Understanding of crypto, exchanges, or fintech
✅ Any existing local network or community is a big plus
