Junior Business Analyst [Origination delivery]
elivering Plata cards and banking products directly to customers. This role focuses on the Ambassadors direction — our frontline employees who deliver products and consult clients. Ambassadors work daily with a mobile application that supports the full delivery flow (meetings, routes, deliveries), while operations teams manage distribution, routing, and workload through a backoffice system. This is a business- and operations-heavy role with strong exposure to product development. You’ll work closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering to build scalable processes, improve efficiency, and support large operational teams.
Challenges that await you:
Own and develop business and operational processes for the Ambassadors direction.
Work deeply with the Ambassador mobile application:
define and improve end-to-end delivery flows
ranslate operational needs into product requirements
Participate in the development of Ambassador support tools from idea to implementation.
Design interfaces and solutions within internal systems.
Participate in team development, including operational regulations and motivation systems.
Work with the backoffice system:
meeting distribution
route planning
workload allocation across ambassadors
Design, document, and maintain operational regulations, workflows, and standards.
Partner closely with operations managers and field teams to understand real-world challenges and validate solutions.
Critically assess incoming requests, identify root causes of problems, and challenge initial assumptions when necessary.
Own and manage the business backlog: collect requests, structure them, prioritize, and plan delivery.
Write clear and structured requirements for development teams.
Define tasks, track progress, and control delivery timelines.
Work with product analysts to define business and operational metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of changes.
Monitor and improve key metrics related to delivery efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Operations stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit:
2 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager / Product Manager
Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments
Proven ability to work with business and product metrics, define KPIs, and use data for decision-making
Experience collaborating with product analysts and translating insights into actionable changes
Excellent communication skills — confident working with large operational teams and senior stakeholders
Strong critical thinking: ability to question inputs, identify inconsistencies, and focus on real problems
High level of structure and organization — comfortable managing complex processes and multiple streams of work
Experience in task decomposition, prioritization, and deadline control
Ability to write clear, structured requirements and work effectively with engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills
English level B2 or higher
Your bonus skills:
Experience in Contact Centers / Telesales / Customer Support / Customer Care / Delivery / Operations
Experience working in large operational organizations with significant frontline staff, such as:
delivery services
logistics or warehouses
couriers or drivers (marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce)
Experience building or improving internal tools for operational teams.
Experience or understanding of people management, motivation systems, or operational leadership.
