IT Project Manager (SEO Team)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our SEO team. In this role, you will help structure internal processes, manage cross-team collaboration, and drive the delivery of SEO initiatives that impact our growth. You'll work closely with managers, developers, analysts, and stakeholders from multiple product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and continuously improve team workflows and internal rituals (standups, planning, retrospectives, generating ideas).

• Proactively improve processes to increase SEO-team efficiency.

• Establish and maintain communication with other teams (product and tech/dev teams).

• Ensure all tasks are delivered on time and according to priority.

• Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams.

• Understand the goals and context behind SEO-related tasks and initiatives, and manage the launch of new SEO initiatives.

• Drive process transparency and documentation practices (Jira, Confluence).

Required Experience: 

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (managing cross-functional product or technical teams).

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

• Solid experience with Jira, including setting up automations and optimizing workflows.

• Experience maintaining clear and structured documentation in Confluence.

• Understanding of SDLC and working with development teams.

• Experience managing team processes and resolving blockers.

• Strong communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken).

Could be a plus:

• Previous experience or strong interest in SEO.

• Experience working in product teams.
