About the Role
We are looking for an experienced investment professional to lead the Group's Portfolio Management and Investment Advisory activities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, developing investment strategies, supporting client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the Group's investment business.
This role offers the opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions while helping to build a modern international investment platform.
Mission
Lead the Group's investment activities by delivering strong investment performance, providing high-quality advice to clients, and supporting the long-term growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Investment Management
Manage discretionary and advisory portfolios for private and institutional clients.
Develop and implement investment strategies across public and private markets.
Monitor market developments and adjust portfolio allocations where necessary.
Ensure disciplined risk management and capital preservation.
Portfolio Management
Oversee investment portfolios and asset allocation strategies.
Support the development of investment products and solutions.
Maintain portfolio reporting and performance monitoring processes.
Participate in investment committee discussions and decision-making.
Client Advisory
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and family offices.
Participate in investment reviews and portfolio discussions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Business Development
Support the growth of the investment business and client base.
Work closely with Wealth Management, Private Finance, Compliance, Technology, and Digital Assets teams.
Contribute to the development of new investment solutions and products.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with analysts, advisors, and investment professionals across the Group.
Support junior team members where appropriate.
Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Technology & Innovation
Explore opportunities to use AI and technology within investment research and portfolio management.
Improve efficiency and decision-making through modern analytical tools.
Requirements
Must Have
Experience in portfolio management, wealth management, private banking, or asset management.
Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management.
Experience working with HNW, UHNW, family office, or institutional clients.
Commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business growth.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred
Existing client relationships or transferable assets under management (AUM).
CFA, CAIA, FRM, or similar qualifications.
CySEC certifications and experience in regulated environments.
Experience with investment products, discretionary portfolios, or wealth management solutions.
Knowledge of alternative investments and digital assets.
