Description
Develop, execute, and continuously improve the internal communications strategy aligned with the company's vision, values, and strategic goals
Create, edit, and distribute engaging content across internal communications channels, including newsletters, intranet, executive emails, memos, and announcements
Partner with senior management and executives to craft clear, consistent messaging for company-wide initiatives, organizational changes, and key updates
Ensure consistency and alignment of all internal messages across departments, maintaining the company's tone of voice and communication standards
Plan and coordinate the timing of communications to align with business events, product launches, or organizational milestones
Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement, foster a sense of community, and strengthen internal culture (e.g., all-hands meetings, town halls, internal campaigns)
Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications efforts, gather employee feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely information flow across the organization
Manage internal communication tools and platforms (intranet, Slack, email distribution lists), ensuring they are up to date and effectively utilized
Support HR communications including policy updates, organizational announcements, and employer branding content for internal audiences
Requirements
Experience & Background
3–5+ years in internal communications, corporate communications, or PR
Experience working with senior stakeholders / executives
Skills
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills (newsletters, memos, speeches)
Ability to craft clear messaging for company-wide audiences
Project & content planning (editorial calendar, event coordination)
Tools
Proficiency with intranet platforms, Slack, email distribution tools
Basic analytics to measure communications effectiveness
Nice to Have
Experience with employer branding
Familiarity with change management communications
Experience organizing town halls / all-hands meetings
