Internal Communications Content Manager

We are looking for an Internal Communications Content Manager to help us tell the stories behind our people, products, and initiatives. In this role, you will create engaging content for internal audiences across various channels, including blogs, interviews, and collaboration platforms.

You will work closely with leaders, experts, and teams across the company to turn ideas, updates, and experiences into clear, compelling stories that keep employees informed and connected. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interviewing people, simplifying complex topics, and producing high-quality content in a fast-moving international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Write and publish internal blog posts, announcements, and feature stories about company initiatives, product developments, and key updates across the organization.

  • Conduct interviews with leaders, product teams, and employees and turn them into engaging written and multimedia content.

  • Create short-form content for internal channels such as Slack and other collaboration platforms to support timely communication across distributed teams.

  • Help explain complex initiatives, organizational developments, and product updates in a clear, structured, and engaging way.

  • Work closely with teams across the company to gather information, shape messages, and ensure clarity and consistency in internal communication.

  • Create simple visual assets using tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar design tools to support storytelling and increase engagement.

  • Produce and edit basic video content or clips for internal communication purposes.

  • Contribute to the planning and development of internal content topics and help maintain a consistent publishing rhythm across internal channels.

  • Ensure that internal content reflects the company’s tone, values, and communication principles.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in content creation, journalism, editorial work, or communications, preferably in an international environment.

  • Experience creating content for digital platforms, including blogs, internal communication channels, or social platforms.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly.

  • Experience conducting interviews and developing narrative-driven content.

  • Basic visual content creation skills using tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar tools.

  • Experience creating or editing simple video content is a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with teams across different functions and locations.

  • The ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in technology or software companies is preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
