Influencer Marketing Specialist

Grow Krisp’s visibility by building long-term relationships with creators, communities, and media that lead to reviews, mentions, and collaborations.

You’ll lead initiatives across YouTube, Reddit, Quora, tech sites, and industry communities; improve Krisp’s presence on review platforms and in roundups; and support AI discovery (AEO) by earning citations from trusted sources.

What you'll do

• Own Krisp’s creator/influencer strategy and manage partnerships end-to-end (outreach → negotiation → execution).
  

• Drive YouTube creator campaigns: reviews, integrations, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  

• Build scalable community visibility on Reddit/Quora/industry communities; run recurring offsite initiatives.
  

• Earn offsite coverage (roundups/listicles, expert commentary, directories/listings) and coordinate mention/link reclamation with SEO.
  

• Partner with Product Marketing to improve Krisp’s presence and accuracy on G2, Capterra, and Trustpilot; monitor brand reputation.
  

• Track performance: creator pipeline, placements/mentions, referral traffic, branded lift, conversions, and AI visibility/citations.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, digital PR, or offsite growth.
  

• Proven ability to build creator relationships and run programs with measurable impact.
  

• Experience with YouTube creators and community channels (Reddit/Quora).
  

• Strong track record of earning mentions/coverage in top-tier media that supports SEO goals.
  

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with outreach/workflow tools (CRM, Notion/Airtable, BuzzStream/Pitchbox, Hunter, etc.).
  

• Analytical and business-minded: connects offsite work to outcomes.
