AIUTA is looking for a detail-oriented Image Coordinator to manage the flow of imagery and product data between clients, our internal production team, and external providers. This client-facing operations role will ensure that image inputs, briefs, CSVs, naming conventions, and supporting materials are complete, accurate, and ready for production.
Timely and accurate intake coordination is critical to meeting production SLAs. The Image Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all inputs are validated and ready before the production clock starts.
Collect and organize client image assets, product data, CSV files, briefs, and supporting materials and deliver them to the production team.
Review submissions against client briefs and production requirements.
Check for missing images, incorrect file naming, mismatched SKUs, incomplete CSV fields, or inconsistent styling.
Follow up with clients to resolve missing or unclear inputs.
Prepare structured handoff packages for the production team if needed.
Support future automation by documenting common input problems by client
Help reduce the need for senior managers or production leads to manage routine intake coordination.
Come up with creative ways to organize and rename files via automations or vibe-coding
Strong attention to detail across images, file names, spreadsheets, and product data.
Excellent organizational and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with CSVs, spreadsheets, shared folders, and project management tools.
Ability to follow checklists and structured requirements consistently.
Good visual judgment and ability to spot inconsistencies between inputs and briefs.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Experience in fashion, e-commerce, content production, digital asset management, merchandising, or creative operations.
Familiarity with SKU-level data, product imagery workflows, file naming conventions, or image QA.
Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Notion, DAM systems, or cloud folders.
Basic understanding of AI-generated imagery or visual production pipelines is a plus.
