Illustrator

We are looking for a part-time Illustrator to join our Communication Design team. This person will help develop the brand’s visual style and create illustrations for both product and marketing communications.

We are looking for a specialist who can work across different visual styles, create 2D and 3D illustrations, design icons, and develop clear visual metaphors for different types of tasks. Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to follow brand guidelines are essential, while maintaining a consistent visual language across all materials.

It is also important that the person can contribute to process optimization: help develop illustration libraries, systematize visual approaches, and maintain brand consistency across different touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

• Create 2D and 3D illustrations for product and marketing materials.

• Design and maintain an icon system.

• Work with different illustration styles depending on the task and context.

• Ensure consistency of the visual language and adherence to brand guidelines.

• Develop relevant, clear, and engaging visual metaphors.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Plan workload independently and meet deadlines.

• Develop illustration libraries, templates, and a systematic approach to visual assets.

• Use AI tools and generative technologies to explore, generate, and refine visual ideas.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator.

• Experience with Cinema 4D and/or Blender.

• Ability to work across different styles while maintaining a consistent visual language.

• Strong sense of composition, form, and color.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work with and follow visual guidelines.

• Experience with AI tools and image generation.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to plan work independently and manage workload effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in Big Tech, large digital products, or product companies will be a plus.

• A strong understanding of contemporary visual language and high-quality visual standards is important.

• Experience creating scalable illustration systems and libraries will be a plus.

• Experience using AI tools for image and visual generation will be an advantage.

• Experience with After Effects and basic animation skills will also be a plus.
