We're hiring a HR People Partner to help us build the future of iGaming.

Responsibilities

• Leading the People function across the Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan), acting as the strategic HR partner for business leadership.
• Owning the full employee lifecycle for more than 100 employees, from workforce planning and hiring to employee development, retention, and offboarding.
• Developing and executing the regional HR strategy aligned with global business objectives while adapting it to local market conditions and labor legislation.
• Leading employee relations, resolving complex workplace issues, and ensuring a positive and compliant working environment.
• Ensuring full compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies across Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, while mitigating people-related risks.
• Driving HR process optimization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Managing compensation, promotions, performance review cycles, and annual salary review processes in partnership with business leaders.
• Leading onboarding, integration, and adaptation programs to accelerate employee productivity and engagement.
• Strengthening employer branding, internal communications, and corporate culture across the region.
