This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys being close to the business, builds strong and trusted relationships with managers, and feels equally comfortable handling day-to-day HR topics and contributing to more strategic initiatives.

Has experience partnering with managers and senior leadership and knows how to build credibility as a trusted business partner.
Has strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, employee relations, and employee lifecycle processes.
Has experience working in a dynamic, international organization - experience in fintech or financial services would be an advantage.
Is comfortable working with HR data and people metrics and can translate insights into practical business recommendations.
Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Is proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership.
Thrives in a changing environment and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
Is fluent in English.
We would appreciate it if you could share your Gallup test or similar assessment results, if available. You can find a dedicated link in the application form on the next page.

Responsibilities:

Support and lead organizational change, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation.
Analyze HR data and key people metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations for the business.
Partner with Recruitment/Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and key recruitment processes.
Collaborate with Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to ensure consistent and effective delivery of people processes.
Support managers in decisions related to compensation, promotions, and changes to employment terms, in line with ZEN policies.
