Head of VIP Support

Together, we are developing One State unique mobile Social RolePlay game, which is played by millions of people worldwide. For each region, our international Community team develops unique methods for interaction with the community, including not only engagement in social media but also support for in-game activities.
What you will be doing
Owning the full lifecycle of VIP players, from identification and onboarding to retention and reactivation
Building and leading a team of VIP managers
Developing and executing VIP strategy aligned with the overall product strategy
Working with segmentation, loyalty programs, tier systems, and bonus mechanics
Defining KPIs for the VIP function and building reporting systems
Hiring, training, and developing a team of VIP Account Managers
Personally managing key VIP accounts
Collaborating with product, product marketing, and monetization teams to create personalized campaigns
What we want to see:
At least three years of experience in VIP management
At least two years of experience managing a team
Proven track record of building and scaling VIP departments
Strong understanding of the VIP ecosystem
Additionally, it would be great to have
Experience in iGaming
