Head of Treasury

We have an exciting full-time opportunity for you: we are looking for a Head of Treasury to oversee the Group’s treasury function and drive financial strategy in a dynamic media environment.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead the treasury function, managing cash, investments, and liquidity.

• Develop and execute foreign exchange and hedging strategies.

• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements, including preparation and review of cash flow reports.

• Manage banking relationships and negotiate financing arrangements.

• Supervise debt management and optimize capital structure.

• Implement and improve treasury systems and process automation.

• Establish and maintain treasury policies, controls, and risk frameworks.

• Monitor market trends and provide strategic financial insights.

• Collaborate with finance and business units to align with company strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.

• Extensive experience 5+ in treasury management, including cash, investments, and liquidity management

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and risk management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.

• Fluent in English. Any other languages would be an advantage

• Proven management experience.

• Tech-savviness with treasury systems is an advantage.
