At Gracia, we are proud to be the first in the world to create photorealistic volumetric videos based on Gaussian Splatting / 4DGS. For the past 2.5 years, we have been building the infrastructure for producing and distributing this new type of content. 4DGS is a new content format where a video can be rendered from any point in space inside it. This is not our first startup: we are building Gracia with an experienced team of ex-Prisma AI people — 150M App Store downloads, #1 AI avatars in 2022 — and ex-netmonet people — exit in 2021, with a valuation of several billion rubles. We are building this company for ourselves: designing it to become a real, full-scale business for real users, not just something to be sold to Big Tech.
How does it work?
A scene is captured simultaneously from multiple angles using regular cameras.
The synchronized camera videos are converted by our technology and pipeline into a photorealistic, dynamic 3D scene.
This scene is then rendered in real time on a device, allowing the user to watch the video from any point in space at any moment in time — in other words, to walk inside the video, with the image recalculated instantly and without latency. Passthrough / mixed reality mode also allows the user to blend volumetric video with their own environment, effectively bringing a real captured scene into their own space.
This is not 3D animation or an avatar — it is real footage, a new type of content and user experience. Over the past three years, the technology has already proven that it will fundamentally change not only what VR/AR content looks like, but also how virtual production for films works, as well as how immersive replays will be produced for sports broadcasting.
Who needs this?
We are already working with leading Big Tech companies, Hollywood productions using our technology for films, fashion brands, and production companies in broadcasting — we can share more during the interview. We are already receiving more data than we can process.
Our target industries:
XR education: medical, fitness, blue-collar training
Sports broadcasting
Virtual production
XR entertainment: music videos, concerts, fashion
What we have achieved in 2.5 years:
We were the first in the world to launch real-time rendering of 4DGS content on low-end GPU standalone devices: Quest 3/3S + Pico 4U, Apple Vision Pro, iPhone, Android
Proved PMF — product-market fit with paying users
Confidently crossed $2M ARR
Raised $3.5M from international funds
Built a partner network of volumetric capturing studios in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and Japan
Grown to a team of 30 people
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Content & Social Media Manager who can understand complex technology and turn it into clear, visually compelling and culturally relevant content. This is not a traditional corporate social media role, and we are not looking for someone to define our overall marketing or business strategy. That part will be led by the Head of Marketing. Your main responsibility will be to work closely with our developers, founders, production partners and creative team, understand what they are building and identify the strongest stories inside their work. One week, you might speak with an engineer about a breakthrough in real-time rendering. The next, you might work with footage from a Hollywood production, a sports capture or an experimental XR performance. You will then turn these materials into strong, channel-native content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other relevant platforms. You do not need to be an engineer. However, you must genuinely enjoy speaking with technical people, asking detailed questions and learning unfamiliar concepts quickly. You should be able to understand why something is technically impressive, identify which part of it will matter to an audience and decide how to show it visually.
What you will do
Work directly with developers, founders and product teams to uncover strong content opportunities.
Interview technical team members and turn their knowledge into engaging and accurate social content.
Translate complex topics in computer graphics, AI, 4DGS, XR and real-time rendering into stories people can understand without oversimplifying the technology.
Own the day-to-day production and publishing of content across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
Write channel-native posts, threads, captions, scripts and content concepts.
Review product demos, technical tests, shoots and experiments and identify the moments worth showing.
Create hooks and visual narratives for short-form video.
Produce simple video edits, screen recordings, subtitles and social-first cuts independently.
Brief designers and motion artists when more advanced production is required.
Adapt the same technical development into different stories for developers, creative professionals and broader industry audiences.
Support product launches, partnerships, events and technical releases.
Coordinate the collection of content and assets from internal teams and external partners.
Maintain an organised editorial calendar and content library.
Publish content and participate in relevant conversations around it.
Work with the technical team to answer more complex questions from the audience.
Review performance and identify which topics, formats and visual approaches should be repeated or improved.
Help develop the public voices of Gracia’s founders and engineers.
What we are looking for
At least three years of experience in content, social media, editorial, developer marketing or a related role.
Meaningful experience creating content for a technically complex company or product.
Experience in AI, developer tools, creative software, gaming, computer graphics, XR, 3D, VFX, cloud infrastructure or hardware is strongly preferred.
Excellent written English with a natural, contemporary tone.
Confidence communicating directly with developers, engineers and technical founders.
The ability to understand unfamiliar technical concepts quickly and ask precise follow-up questions.
A portfolio that demonstrates both editorial judgement and strong visual taste.
A clear understanding of how content should differ across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
The ability to independently create simple but polished short-form video content.
A genuine understanding of internet culture, technical communities and contemporary visual language.
The ability to make a brand feel current without forcing memes, trends or startup clichés.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to move content forward without constant supervision.
Careful attention to technical accuracy and detail.
What is not required
You do not need to define the company’s overall marketing or business strategy.
You do not need to be a professional software engineer.
You do not need to be an advanced motion designer.
You do not need to own paid acquisition or performance marketing.
You do not need previous experience with Gaussian Splatting, as long as you are able and excited to learn complex technical subjects quickly.
Nice to have
Experience working with developer audiences.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Unity, Blender or other 3D tools.
Experience in spatial computing, XR, virtual production or immersive media.
Experience creating technical demos, product breakdowns or tutorials.
Basic knowledge of computer graphics or machine learning.
Experience ghostwriting for founders or engineers.
Experience working at an early-stage startup.
Familiarity with Discord, Reddit and technical creator communities.
Experience producing content at events, capture sessions or production shoots.
