Head of SEO

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy for Crypto Casino and Sportsbook products across target GEOs.
• Drive sustainable organic traffic growth and maximize registrations, FTDs, revenue, and SEO ROI.
• Lead the full SEO function, including technical SEO, content, link building, international SEO, and programmatic SEO.
• Build, hire, mentor, and manage an in-house team of SEO specialists, link builders, and content creators.
• Own the technical SEO health of the platform, with a strong focus on crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, and dynamic Sportsbook pages.
• Develop scalable programmatic SEO solutions and ensure fast indexing of dynamic Sportsbook landing pages.
• Build and manage an effective off-page SEO strategy, including high-tier outreach, digital PR, PBN management, and domain acquisition.
• Own international SEO architecture, GEO strategy, hreflang, and localization to support launches in new markets.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify new organic growth opportunities, keywords, domains, and market gaps.
• Develop strategies to protect organic traffic from Google Core/Spam Updates and local market restrictions, as well as recovery plans when traffic declines.
• Own the SEO budget, forecast traffic/FTDs, measure ROI, and allocate resources across SEO initiatives.
• Establish SEO KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and communicate strategic progress and forecasts directly to C-level stakeholders.
• Build scalable SEO processes and infrastructure to support long-term growth across multiple GEOs.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Strong experience in SEO leadership, ideally at Head of SEO / SEO Lead level in iGaming, Crypto, Casino, Sportsbook, or another highly competitive vertical.
• Proven track record of growing organic traffic and converting it into registrations, FTDs, and revenue.
• Strong technical SEO expertise: crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, sitemaps, canonicals, and technical audits.
• Strong experience with programmatic SEO, scalable landing pages, and dynamic Sportsbook pages.
• Strong international SEO expertise, including hreflang, GEO architecture, localization, and multi-market SEO.
• Advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, keyword mapping, and search intent analysis.
• Strong understanding of content SEO, topical authority, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Extensive off-page SEO experience: link building, outreach, digital PR, PBNs, and domain acquisition.
• Experience building and managing SEO teams, including hiring, mentoring, and setting team processes and KPIs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, and Looker Studio.
• Experience with SEO automation, APIs, scripts, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Strong understanding of Google Core and Spam Updates, traffic recovery, and SEO risk management.
• Ability to connect SEO performance with CRO and the full organic funnel: traffic → registration → FTD → revenue.
• Strong forecasting and budgeting skills, including SEO ROI and resource allocation.
• Ability to work strategically with C-level stakeholders and communicate SEO performance in clear business terms.
• Strong understanding of competitive intelligence, with the ability to analyze and reverse-engineer competitors and SERPs.

Nice to have:

• Deep experience in Crypto Casino and/or Crypto Sportsbook SEO.
• Experience launching SEO strategies across multiple international GEOs from scratch.
• Existing network of SEO specialists, link builders, content teams, publishers, and outreach partners.
• Experience acquiring valuable domains and managing PBN infrastructure at scale.
• Experience operating in markets with intense Google competition, frequent algorithm changes, or local market restrictions.
• Experience building SEO infrastructure capable of scaling across multiple products and GEOs.
• Strong understanding of SEO → CRO optimization and improving FTD conversion from organic traffic.
• Experience developing Google Update risk mitigation and recovery frameworks.
• Experience working directly with C-level executives and presenting SEO forecasts, budgets, and growth plans.
• Experience with highly dynamic websites and large-scale Sportsbook page architectures.
