Head of Product & Delivery

We are looking for a Head of Product & Delivery to lead our delivery function, manage and develop our Project Management team, and ensure successful execution across our portfolio.

This is more than a traditional PMO role. We need a delivery leader with a strong product mindset - someone who understands not only how to deliver a project, but also what we are building, for whom, and what outcome it should create.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team while managing resource allocation based on expertise and capacity.

• Own delivery across the portfolio, ensuring quality, timelines, scope management, and risk mitigation.

• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and stakeholder issues.

• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.

• Build, scale, and improve delivery processes, standards, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Product Delivery or Project Management.

• 2+ years of experience leading PMs, Delivery Managers, or similar teams.

• Experience delivering multiple complex digital products or projects.

• Strong product mindset with an understanding of users, trade-offs, and business outcomes.

• Experience building or scaling delivery processes and teams.

• Strong English communication skills (B2+).

• Ability to work effectively in complex and ambiguous environments with a focus on ownership and accountability.Understanding of Agile/Hybrid product development.

Nice to have

• Experience in Consumer Health, Digital Health, or HealthTech.

• Background in consumer-facing digital products.

• Experience with Healthcare SaaS or digital platforms.

• Experience in product development or digital consulting.
