PEOPLE HUNT is hiring a Head of Payment on behalf of our iGaming client.

This is a key leadership role where you will build and scale the entire payments function to support global expansion and become a true growth enabler for the business.

Format: Full-time, Remote

Level: Senior / Leadership

Industry: iGaming

Candidate Location: EMEA(close to CET time zone)

What You’ll Do:

- Define and drive the overall payment strategy across the group

- Develop, scale, and monitor the full payments infrastructure (crypto + fiat)

- Manage integrations with PSPs, crypto providers, and local payment solutions

- Implement cascading routing, monitoring, and incident management systems

- Collaborate with the risk team to enhance fraud prevention and risk management

- Build internal processes: roadmaps, KPIs, prioritization frameworks

- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing payments team

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience leading the payments function in iGaming, Fintech, or other high-risk verticals

- Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, providers, and platforms

- Strong hands-on expertise with payment integrations, APIs, and partner management

- Solid grasp of compliance, fraud prevention, and recurring payment flows

- Experience working in international, distributed teams

- Systems thinking: metrics, ownership, risk points, and process control

- English proficiency - Upper-Intermediate or higher

- Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to quality
