Clawbuster is an international game provider creating gaming products with unique claw mechanics, arcade-inspired gameplay, and a data-driven approach to game design.
Today, the company partners with 500+ operators worldwide, releases several new games each month, and continues to actively scale its product portfolio.
We are building the next generation of iGaming products by combining engaging game mechanics, behavioral science, AI-powered insights, and a modern approach to player retention and engagement.
Clawbuster is currently in a phase of active international growth. We are launching a full-scale marketing function and are looking for a senior-level Head of Marketing who will strengthen the company’s brand awareness, build a scalable B2B marketing machine, and support the company’s continued business growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic
Develop the company’s global marketing strategy
Build positioning and brand strategy
Establish and scale the marketing function and team
Create scalable processes and KPI frameworks
Operational
> Lead B2B marketing, PR, and brand awareness initiatives
> Coordinate content, social media, and event marketing activities
> Support game launches and product marketing initiatives
> Expand the company’s presence at international exhibitions and conferences
> Develop go-to-market approaches for new game releases
> Build launch strategies for game releases
> Increase visibility of new games among operators and partners
> Package game mechanics and product differentiators into marketing materials
> Collaborate closely with the Product team on positioning new games and features
Requirements
> Proven experience as Head of Marketing / Marketing Director within iGaming
> Mandatory experience working for a game provider / slot provider
> Strong expertise in building and executing marketing strategies
> Deep understanding of B2B iGaming marketing
> Experience building marketing processes and teams
> Hands-on experience in PR, brand marketing, event marketing, and digital marketing
> Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
> Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
