Head of IT Security

Location: Eastern Europe (remote)
Business travel: Paid trips to Jakarta several times per year

Short role summary:
We are hiring a Head of IT Security to build and lead the security program across cloud infrastructure, SDLC, incident response, and compliance

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s security strategy, policies, and standards

• Manage risk assessments, audits, and compliance

• Guide cloud security for DevOps and Engineering

• Lead incident response and remediation

• Establish secure SDLC practices

Requirements:

• 7+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ years in a leadership role

• Experience with cloud security and secure infrastructure pipelines

• Experience in incident response

• Strong knowledge of SIEM, IDS or IPS, and vulnerability management

• Security certifications are a plus
