Head of User Acquisition

We are looking for a hands-on and highly analytical Head of Growth to lead scalable acquisition across multiple Business Units. This role combines growth strategy, paid acquisition, organic growth, regional expansion, and event-driven pipeline development.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3, or a similar digital product environment and understands how to build acquisition systems in markets where standard growth playbooks do not always work.

This is not a brand marketing or purely strategic role. We are looking for someone who can work with data, channels, agencies, and teams directly — and turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve acquisition strategy across multiple Business Units.

  • Build and manage channel strategy across paid, organic, regional, and event-driven acquisition.

  • Lead paid acquisition and performance marketing initiatives, with a focus on CAC, activation, payback, channel efficiency, and scalable growth.

  • Audit existing acquisition channels and identify opportunities to improve performance.

  • Manage, evaluate, and optimize external agencies, vendors, and performance partners.

  • Define the right paid vs organic acquisition mix by product, market, and business priority.

  • Support organic growth across SEO, GEO, content distribution, website traffic, and AI-driven discovery channels.

  • Work with regional marketing teams to support growth in priority markets.

  • Develop events as a measurable acquisition and pipeline channel, not only as a brand activity.

  • Improve growth reporting, attribution, funnel visibility, experimentation, and performance analysis.

  • Partner closely with CMO, Business Unit leaders, Product Marketing, Sales, BD, regional teams, and performance managers.

  • Support the adoption of AI tools in marketing workflows, research, analytics, content, and operations.

  • Help the team move from analysis to execution quickly and consistently.

Key KPIs

  • Marketing attributed revenue across Business Units, based on 90-day cohorts.

  • Qualified demand generated: MQLs and activated users.

  • Activation rate from growth channels.

  • Organic channel growth, including SEO and GEO.

  • Regional user growth across priority markets.

  • Event pipeline: MQLs generated per event and cost per MQL.

  • Organic vs paid acquisition mix.

  • Blended CAC by product and channel.

  • CAC payback period.

  • CAC:LTV ratio.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition, performance marketing, or a similar role.

  • Proven experience in crypto, fintech, payments, trading, Web3, or a closely related digital product environment.

  • Strong hands-on experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing.

  • Solid understanding of CAC, activation, attribution, funnel conversion, LTV, payback, and unit economics.

  • Experience building or improving channel strategy and channel mix.

  • Understanding of organic growth, SEO, GEO, content-led acquisition, and website traffic growth.

  • Experience managing external agencies, vendors, or performance partners.

  • Ability to work with dashboards, campaign performance, agency reports, and acquisition data directly.

  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make decisions based on business impact.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, BD, Product, regional teams, and senior leadership.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment with imperfect processes.

  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with B2C digital products or high-volume user acquisition.

  • Experience launching or scaling growth in LATAM, APAC, Europe, CIS, MENA, or other international markets.

  • Experience with event-driven pipeline, field marketing, or event ROI.

  • Experience with alternative acquisition channels in restricted or semi-regulated industries.

  • Experience using AI tools in marketing, analytics, content, research, or operations.

  • Previous experience in a matrix organization or multi-BU environment.
