Your Role:
Lead engineering strategy and team
Integrate AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code)
Optimize infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
Ensure platform scalability, security & performance
Requirements:
10+ years in software engineering, 3+ in leadership
Fluent English & Russian
Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills
Bonus: Experience in fintech, startups, Agile environments
