TON Foundation is a non-profit organization which supports the growth of TON Blockchain and its ecosystem. Founded in Switzerland in 2023 and backed by a global community, the Foundation funds and empowers developers, creators, and businesses through grants, technical resources, and strategic partnerships. It supports protocol development and ecosystem expansion but holds no authority over TON itself. The Open Network (TON) runs on decentralized, open-source software, welcoming contributions from all and remaining independent of central control.

Responsibilities

• Build a great developer relations team

• Build a community of people passionate about building applications on TON

• Develop onboarding materials and structured learning resources

• Collaborate with tech teams: providing accurate feedback and community inquiries about blockchain, smart contract languages, dev tools, and documentation

• Organize public tech support channels for developers

• Lead tech marketing: blog posts, case studies, demos, conference talks

• Collaboration on various developer events management: hackathons, contests, and workshops

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Developer Relations in Web3

• Strong technical background in Web3

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

• Affinity for conferences and public speaking

• Highly developed skills in pattern matching, structuring, and systems thinking
