Head of DevOps

Location: Eastern Europe (remote)
Business travel: Paid trips to Jakarta several times per year

Short role summary:
We are looking for a Head of DevOps to lead cloud infrastructure, SRE operations, automation, and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead DevOps, SRE, and cloud infrastructure teams

• Maintain digital banking infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage

• Develop CI/CD pipelines and scalable developer tooling

• Improve SLA, handle incidents, and manage MTTR

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, 5+ years in DevOps or SRE leadership

• Experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Elasticsearch

• Deep understanding of DevOps and SRE principles, monitoring, and automation

• Strong communication and leadership skills
