Head of Client-Side

Remote

We’re looking for a Head of Client-Side who’s passionate about clean code, real impact, and making things better - not just maintaining the status quo. You’ll shape the client-side strategy across a diverse game portfolio, lead a team of talented engineers, and roll up your sleeves when needed (yes, real hands-on coding!).

What You'll Do

  • Set the vision for client-side tech (ZeptoLab-framework, Unity, common modules)

  • Drive hands-on improvements (15% of time)

  • Align with stakeholders and present clear, well-structured tech plans

  • Grow and mentor a strong team (career paths, feedback, performance)

  • Spot problems before they happen - and fix them

  • Support cross-functional projects and external partnerships (including work-for-hire)

  • Own Tech Art direction alongside core tech leadership

What You'll Bring

  • Must-haves

    • Unity & C# (expert level)

    • Multithreading, 3rd-party SDKs (ads, analytics)

    • CI/CD pipelines (you’ve built them yourself)

    • Data-Oriented Design (DOD)

    • Experience building scalable common tech

  • Nice-to-haves

    • C++ (custom engine work)

    • Understanding of service-based server architecture

  • Soft Skills&Leadership

    • You listen, align, and handle resistance with clarity

    • You know how to grow people, give feedback, and structure a high-performing team

    • You balance tech, product, and business without losing your edge

Why Join Us?

  • Freedom to build and lead the way you and the team believe is right

  • Tech diversity: Unity + C++, big online titles + small offline gems

  • Real challenges that need real solutions

  • Global team with a strong culture
