Head of Analytics
Almus is a multi-product mobile IT company - 12 active iOS subscription-based products in our portfolio, growing x2 in revenue annually.
We're at a point where analytics stops being a support function and becomes the core of every decision. Marketing, product, traffic acquisition - all driven by data.
We have a Data team of 8 strong lead and senior specialists, 6 years of data, and deep data and analytics expertise.
Currently, we're on the lookout for a Head of Analyticswho can see the big picture, build the system, and become a real strategic partner at C-level.
This position is ideal for an individual who leads with clarity and propels teams with purpose.
What you'll own:
Strategy & Partnership
- Shape Almus analytics strategy and align it with business goals
- Regular analytical briefings with CEO, supporting strategic decisions with data
- C-level reporting and executive dashboards - the right data for the right person
- Direct collaboration with Group CDO - methodological alignment, data standards, and operational sync on quality and processes.
Team Management
- Lead a team of 8 senior specialists (Lead, DA, DS, BI) - prioritization, growth, quality control
- Build analytics processes, data governance, documentation
- You're a player coach - you set the standard, and you're not afraid to dig into the data yourself when it counts
- Response speed & accountability - establish SLAs, ensure the team delivers on time and with actionable recommendations, not just ‘data is correct’ answers.
Analytics Ownership
- High-level growth analytics - funnels, retention, LTV, unit economics, cohort analysis
- Strategic oversight of the attribution stack (Adjust, SKAN, MMP) - understanding how it works and where to improve
- Product analytics - A/B testing, product metrics, monetization.
What will set you up for success:
- Experience: 6+ years in marketing / product / BI analytics, including 3+ years as Lead or Head
- Leadership: Proven track record managing analytics teams (5+ people: Data Analytics, BI Analytics, Data Scientists) and navigating multiple stakeholders with competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of performance marketing and product metrics - ability to translate data into business decisions at C-level
- Tech Literacy: While this is a leadership role, you must be comfortable with our stack - SQL, Tableau, BigQuery, Python.
What we'd love to see as a bonus:
- Mobile background - iOS specifics, mobile attribution
- Subscription monetization - understanding subscription economics
- Experience in multi-product companies
- Hands-on knowledge of SKAN, Adjust, Adapty.
