About Mira
Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company providing integrative care and hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company. Mira’s breakthrough innovation was creating the market’s only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition. We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US and Chinese team.
About the position
We are looking for a D2C Growth Product Manager to introduce an experimentation framework within the Mira team, own and accelerate growth across the consumer funnel. The main goal is to enable fast experimentation targeting retention, conversion, and subscription, testing hypotheses before full implementation into the core product. The ideal candidate has experience in growth product management, data-driven experimentation, and consumer products with a subscription or repeat-purchase revenue model (hardware, consumables, or software). An essential skill is the ability to independently create prototypes and test hypotheses without fully engaging the development team. At Mira, we're closing the hormone knowledge gap for a category of health that's been historically underfunded and overlooked. If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a real difference in women's health, we'd love to have you join us.
Responsibilities:
- Own the growth part of product roadmap and identify the highest-impact opportunities across acquisition, activation, conversion, monetisation, and retention.
- Analyse the customer funnel and product data across both the app and our e-commerce storefront to identify growth opportunities, friction points, and areas for optimisation.
- Build and continuously maintain a structured experimentation pipeline based on business impact, customer insights, and quantitative data.
- Design, launch, and evaluate A/B tests and other product experiments, turning results into actionable product decisions.
- Independently build prototypes, run experiments.
- Balance short-term experimentation with scalable product solutions that create sustainable long-term growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing to improve the end-to-end journey from acquisition channels and campaigns into the product and purchase experience.
- Define product requirements and work closely with Design and Engineering to deliver growth initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a B2C digital, subscription, or repeat-purchase product (hardware, consumables, or software).
- Hands-on experience improving product funnels and metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, ARPU/LTV, or subscription/repeat-purchase revenue.
- Strong experience with product experimentation, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, experiment design, and results interpretation.
- Proficient with rapid prototyping tools (e.g., Lovable, Claude Code) to test hypotheses independently without engineering support.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to independently use product and business data to identify opportunities and make decisions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics/Data, and other business stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and prioritisation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have:
- experience with D2C e-commerce (not just in-app growth).
- experience with regulated health/wellness products.
What we offer:
- Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women’s health and expand access to care.
- Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions.
- Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale.
- Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence.
- Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs.
