The Growth Partnerships Lead drives growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program from zero to one. This role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships.

Responsibilities

• Program management: Develop and implement strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program and drive new funded wallets and traders on Phantom.

• Partner recruitment: Identify and recruit high-quality affiliate partners, including content creators, influencers, KOLs, and financial publishers.

• Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier affiliates, offering support, guidance, and incentives to maximize their performance.

• Performance analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue. Use these insights to optimize campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Content collaboration: Work with affiliates to create high-impact promotional content, such as reviews, guides, and tutorials, that effectively communicates Phantoms value proposition.

• Tool management: Leverage affiliate tracking software (Impact, which Phantom uses for its program) to manage assets, track performance, and process payments. Own roadmap for technology improvements and event pipeline.

Requirements:

• 5 - 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based businesses

• Proven track record of developing and launching affiliate marketing programs at global scale

• Deep understanding of affiliate partnership ecosystem in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers)

• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data and managing external agencies

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content

• Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space)

The target base salary for this role will range between $140,000 to $180,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
