Growth Marketing Specialist (UK/US Markets)
Early-stage startup with a strong founding team (ex-Semrush, Joom, Skyeng) building a future unicorn in Tier-1 markets (UK, US, EU). We help families of neurodivergent children (ADHD, ASD). Our market is 150 million families worldwide, with a SAM of 3 million families in the UK and EU with diagnosed or suspected behavioral and learning challenges (ages 4–14).
A quick look at what we've accomplished in one year:
Launched gamified online assessments for children with neuropsychologists and clinical psychologists, and entered the UK market
Completed an accelerator program and secured our first investment
Currently at a critical stage — bringing a scalable product to market: a mobile app for parents of children with ADHD and ASD
The Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketer with a strong hands-on approach. The project is at launch stage, so we need someone who can build a landing page, launch ads, set up analytics, write a creative brief, test an offer, set up an email sequence, and then evaluate what worked and what didn't.
What you'll do:
Launch and test acquisition channels from scratch or from a low base (we already have a working funnel: FB Ads → Quiz → Subscription payment)
Define and prioritize growth hypotheses
Independently build and launch campaigns: performance (FB first), CRM, referral, partnerships, content experiments
Work on landing pages, offers, creatives, and conversion funnels
Set up foundational analytics and stay on top of the numbers: CAC, CPL, CPI, conversion rates, retention, activation
Conduct user interviews and extract insights that shape both product and marketing — JTBD, hallway tests
Work closely with product, design, and the founding team
The ideal candidate has a test fast, learn fast mindset and can drive initial results without a large team or heavy processes.
Key Metrics
Speed of hypothesis testing + number of validated insights ready to scale (CAC vs. LTV)
Number of activations and CAC reduction
Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in growth/performance marketing, ideally in a B2C product (subscription model, apps, EdTech, HealthTech)
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads — from campaign creation to scaling
Ability to build a landing page on your own (Tilda, Webflow, Framer, or similar) and set up basic analytics (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, UTM tagging, pixels)
Experience with funnels: quizzes, email sequences, onboarding — and a clear understanding of where conversion drops off
Fluency in metrics: CAC, CPL, CPI, LTV, retention, activation rate — not just the terminology, but at a decision-making level
Experience running customer development / user interviews and translating qualitative data into hypotheses
English B2+ (day-to-day team language is Russian, but all user-facing communication is in English; target markets are UK/US/EU)
Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows
Nice to Have
Experience in HealthTech / MedTech / EdTech or children's products
Understanding of mobile app subscription models (paywall experiments, trial-to-paid, push/CRM activation)
Experience launching referral programs or partnerships as an acquisition channel
Basic creative skills: ability to put together a mockup, write ad copy, produce a simple video
Experience working in UK/US/EU markets with an understanding of cultural nuances when communicating with parents
Hands-on familiarity with the JTBD framework
