RESPONSABILITY:
SEO & Organic Growth
Own and scale SEO as a key acquisition channel (traffic → pipeline → revenue)
Build and manage a scalable SEO system with external contractors (content, links, technical)
Prioritize initiatives based on impact and business value
Work with product and dev teams to improve site structure and technical SEO
Funnel & Revenue Analytics
Own and optimize the full marketing funnel in HubSpot (MQL → SQL → Deal → Revenue)
Identify bottlenecks and leaks across the funnel and fix them together with Sales
Ensure lead quality and proper handoff to the sales team
Track and improve conversion rates, velocity, and pipeline quality
Channel Experiments & New Growth Levers
Own the experimentation roadmap across new and unconventional channels
(Reddit, Quora, communities, and beyond)Launch, test, and scale new acquisition ideas from scratch
Define success metrics and make data-driven decisions on what to double down on
Paid Growth (with PPC Manager)
Partner with the PPC Manager to increase experiment velocity across paid channels
Improve performance across creatives, landing pages, audiences, and offers
Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and overall ROI
Website Conversion & Lead Quality
Own website conversion rates (CRO mindset)
Monitor what happens after a lead is submitted
Work on improving lead quality, not just lead volume
Run A/B tests and iterate on landing pages and messaging
What we’re looking for
3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / SEO-led roles
Good understanding of SEO (content, links, technical basics)
Hands-on experience with CRM & funnel analytics (HubSpot is a big plus)
Data-driven mindset: you care about metrics, not just traffic
Experience working with contractors and cross-functional teams
Curious, experimental, and comfortable testing non-obvious channels.
