Growth Manager - DACH

This is a fully remote role. Engagement will be under a B2B contract.

Our mission is to drive the growth and adoption of our B2B products across high-growth global markets. We don’t just manage accounts; we build strategic alliances with financial institutions, master the full sales lifecycle, and foster our clients' long-term success.

Your focus will be on the DACH region, including Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our Partnerships team, you will develop strategic alliances and drive our business goals. You will collaborate closely with TradingView customers, leading them through technical onboarding and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

  • Developing outbound client pipelines

  • Managing inbound client partnership requests

  • Approaching partnerships from a consultative mindset

  • Proposing partner proposals and pitches

  • Proofreading technical team responses for clients

  • Collecting customer feedback and sharing findings with the team

  • Owning a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology

  • Constantly building overall brand recognition with customers and partners

What makes you the perfect fit

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to hit targets and scale partnerships in B2B environments.

  • Full professional proficiency in English and German.

  • A self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a relentless "can-do" attitude. You have a natural ability to identify business opportunities, articulate value propositions, and navigate negotiations to convert leads into long-term strategic partners.

  • Familiarity with web applications, HTML5, GitHub, JavaScript, and other tech tools.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills. You take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration tools.

  • You thrive in a flexible, fast-paced working schedule.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in finance or trading domain

  • Familiarity with TradingView as a product
