The deal:
- 80+ hours per week, 6 days a week
- Compensation: highly competitive salary (USD)
- Location: on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan

What you will do (changes almost every week):

• Own and execute the growth playbooks end to end.

• Translate complex data into fast, clear decisions.

• Improve inbound & outbound to drive massive results.

• Aim to make every human being know us, leave our competitors, and use our product.

We're looking for:

• A proven A-player track record in current and past roles.

• A graduate from a top-tier university (NU, KBTU, SDU preferred).

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Strong negotiation skills and fluent English.

• Experience in growth is a plus.
