Graphic Designer (Middle)

CIFRA is an international platform dedicated to art and culture. We collaborate with artists, curators, and creative teams around the world, creating content, exhibitions, and digital projects.

We are currently looking for a Middle Graphic Designer to help us develop CIFRAs visual language and brand identity.

What You'll Do

• Create graphic materials for CIFRAs various communication channels.

• Contribute to the development of the brands visual language and propose new formats and creative approaches.

• Collaborate with the Head of Design, marketing team, content team, and motion designer.

• Work on presentations: develop the existing visual style and adapt it to different needs.

• Design email newsletters and maintain a consistent visual system across email communications.

• Create banners, advertising materials, and other digital assets.

• Adapt CIFRAs visual identity across different formats, platforms, and use cases.

• Work with AI tools for image generation and explore new ways to integrate them into the design process.

What Were Looking For

• Strong typography and composition skills.

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic or communication design.

• Ability to work with large amounts of content and establish a clear visual hierarchy.

• Experience designing presentations and digital assets.

• Ability to work within an established visual identity without relying on repetitive templates.

• Strong visual awareness and attention to detail.

• Experience with or a strong interest in AI tools and image generation.

• Ability to independently analyze design challenges and propose solutions.

• Ability to clearly explain and articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.

• An interest in contemporary art, digital art, culture, and technology is a big plus.

• ⚫ Russian + English
