Human Lab is hiring a Graphic Designer for a Web3 ad network focused on crypto. The role involves creating static and animated HTML5 banners for digital campaigns. We’re seeking someone with strong visual skills and experience in digital advertising.

Key tasks:
– Design and adapt static/animated HTML5 banners across formats and devices
– Export assets to meet platform specs
– Work with account managers to develop clear, engaging visuals
– Optimize banners for performance

Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience
– Proficiency in Adobe Animate & Google Web Designer
– Strong eye for detail, layout, animation, and typography
– English: B2
