Project Manager (Global Workplace)

GermanyOn-siteSenior

We’re currently looking for a Project Manager to support key projects in Germany. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the technical side of projects and being close to the work. You’ll drive projects forward day to day, working closely with a Senior Project Manager and taking ownership of execution – keeping things moving, solving problems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and drive workplace project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to JetBrains’ standards.

  • Contribute to feasibility studies, planning, budgeting, and scheduling in collaboration with Senior Project Managers.

  • Actively manage budgets, schedules, and risks, taking ownership of resolving issues and keeping projects on track.

  • Coordinate communication, meetings, and reporting with internal stakeholders, external partners, and consultants.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, zoning, and building regulations.

  • Take a hands-on approach to delivery – driving tasks forward, solving issues, and maintaining consistent project progress.

  • Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and department initiatives.

  • Travel to project locations to support key decisions, oversee milestones (e.g. inspections and handovers), and maintain strong collaboration with partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience in construction or workplace project delivery, with a strong understanding of technical coordination, documentation, and implementation.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving, with the ability to act quickly and decisively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in international, cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and German proficiency, particularly within the construction sector.

  • Proficiency in office software, project planning tools, timelines, Miro, Excel, and CAD.
