About the role

We need to continue developing our frontend and backend services to improve the reliability, security, and effectiveness of our infrastructure. At the same time, we need to implement a large variety of new web experiments. Last but not least: we need to create from scratch our web experiments platform and smoothness of UI. So, for a full-stack engineer, we’re happy to propose a wide range of opportunities from building infrastructure to making things beautiful and smooth.

This is a role for someone who wants real ownership of production systems in a small team, close to ML and real users.

What you'll do

• Build and iterate on web funnels and experiments, from web funnels to checkout and post-purchase flows

• Develop new screens and user experiences across the customer journey

• Improve animations, transitions, and overall frontend polish

• Build and maintain a scalable translations/localization system

• Run rapid A/B tests and funnel experiments, turning ideas into production quickly

• Write Go backend-for-frontend services and APIs when frontend experiences need dedicated backend logic

• Build AI-assisted CMS workflows that help managers generate new funnel pages, copy, layouts, and variations faster

• Improve developer tooling and architecture to make experimentation faster and safer

• Own features end-to-end across React/Next.js frontend, APIs, CMS, and integrations

Who we're looking for

Required

• Strong experience building and shipping production web applications

• Solid frontend experience with React / Next.js and polished, responsive UI

• Comfortable working across the stack, including backend-for-frontend services and APIs

• Product mindset with the ability to move quickly from idea to production

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, or motivation to become productive with it quickly

• Experience with A/B testing, web funnels, CMS platforms, localization, or AI-assisted content workflows
