Aristek Systems is actively involved in the development of innovative IT solutions for the US and European markets. Our team consists of over 170 highly qualified professionals of various IT-spheres.
Now we are looking for Full-Stack .Net Engineer to join our team!
Our customer is a leading provider of education, training, and certification products for the financial services industry – helping professionals earn and maintain licenses, credentials, and continuing education across accounting, insurance, securities, and related fields. The company today operates several distinct learning platforms, each with its own history, technology, and user experience.
We’re now in the middle of a multi-year effort to unify platforms into a single, modern product experience – one login, one catalog, one consistent way to browse, purchase, and consume content. This means our engineering teams are doing two things at once: keeping the existing platforms running smoothly for the learners who depend on them today, and building the new, unified architecture that will eventually replace them.
Key platforms
– Learning Management System
Established Learning Management System, used by financial services professionals for course content, assessments, and certification. It’s a high-traffic product that’s under active feature development while also requiring long-term support and maintenance.
– Learning Experience Platform
The next-generation platform — a distributed system of services and applications that will eventually bring customer’s various products together into one unified experience. This is where most new product investment and architectural work is happening.
Engineers work across both — supporting and evolving the existing platform while helping build out the newer ecosystem.
– Design and build scalable and maintainable features end-to-end;
– Maintain and support existing functionality;
– Test and deploy applications while ensuring high performance and security;
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements;
– Contribute to architecture and solution discussions, proposing and evaluating technical solutions across services;
– Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues;
– Participate in Scrum ceremonies;
– Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
Must-have skills
– 5+ years of professional software development experience;
– Strong backend fundamentals;
– Solid frontend experience with React; comfort with Angular;
– Working knowledge of PostgreSQL — schema design, query performance, migrations;
– Comfortable using AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as a core part of the daily development workflow;
– Understanding of GraphQL and REST APIs design;
– Familiarity with SOLID principles, common design patterns, and clean architecture practices;
– Ability to reason about API contracts, data ownership, and service boundaries across a multiservice system.
Nice to have
– Experience working in an AI-native SDLC, applying AI tools across the full development cycle;
– A shareable example of an AI-native project you built – a publicly available repository or demo of your own work;
– Experience with AWS (S3, SQS, or similar managed services);
– Experience with micro-frontend architectures and multi-service/distributed systems;
– Familiarity with third-party API integrations (payment providers, e-commerce platforms, email delivery, etc.).
Ability to work fully remote;
20 paid days per calendar year for vacation;
3 paid days per calendar year, allowing temporary absence of an employee for medical reasons without sick leave;
Partial payment for medical insurance;
Partial payment for a monthly gym membership card;
Payment of 50% of the cost of a partner service for learning English;

Partial payment of advanced trainings, conferences and educational courses;
50% payment of Spotify Premium;
Pay 50% of the cost of the affiliate service, which gives access to more than 250,000 books;
Partial compensation for a laptop purchase;
