Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Augmented)

We are looking for a pragmatic and highly efficient Full Stack Developer who doesn't just write code- you architect and ship it. You believe that AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) are force multipliers, not shortcuts.

Your primary mission is to take a Product Requirements Document (PRD) and turn it into a fully functional, deployed web application in record time. You are the pilot; AI is your engine. We care about the result, code quality, and speed of delivery- not how many hours you spent typing boilerplate.

Responsibilities: What You Will Drive

• Translate PRDs to Product: Analyze Product Requirement Documents and instantly map out the technical architecture and database schema.

• AI-First Development: Utilize LLMs and AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0.dev) to generate high-quality boilerplate, UI components, and business logic rapidly.

• Full Cycle Delivery: Handle everything from the frontend UI and backend API to database integration and deployment.

• Code Review & Refinement: You are the expert editor. You must review, debug, and optimize AI-generated code to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Rapid Iteration: Implement feedback quickly. You should be able to rebuild or pivot features in hours, not days.
  

The Tech Stack

• Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS (or similar component libraries).

• Backend: Node.js, Python,  Supabase/Firebase (BaaS).

• AI Toolset: Proficiency with Cursor, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4, or GitHub Copilot is mandatory.

• Deployment: Vercel, Railway, Digital Ocean, RunPod, Docker.

Experience: What You Bring

• Proven "Builder" Mentality: You have a portfolio of shipped projects. You can show us something you built from scratch.

• Prompt Engineering for Code: You know how to structure prompts to get the exact code output you need, minimizing hallucinations and errors.

• Strong Fundamentals: You understand how the web works (HTTP, REST/GraphQL, Auth, DOM). You aren't just copying code; you understand every line you commit.

• PRD Literacy: You can read a business document and identify edge cases, missing requirements, and logical flows before you start coding.

• Autonomy: You don't need hand-holding. You see a problem, ask the AI for a solution, verify it, and implement it.

• Fluent Russian, both written and spoken.

Nice to Haves

• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.

• Basic UI/UX design sense (ability to make things look good without a designer).

• Experience with vector databases or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic) into apps.
