Full-Stack Developer (Payments)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Shape product decisions related to payment solutions;
Design, develop, and test payment-related features end-to-end;
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless functionality and high performance;
Take full ownership of implementations from concept to deployment;
Share best practices and contribute to raising the team’s engineering standards.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable, highly available, high-load systems;
~2 years of experience developing payment features and integrations (direct processors, gateways, orchestrators);
Strong customer-centric mindset - you make decisions with the end user in mind;
Solid experience with PHP; Laravel preferred (Symfony will do);
Experience with React or another modern front-end framework, with a willingness to work in React.
Familiarity with WordPress and being able to make changes autonomously;
Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, build tools, and development workflows;
Proficiency with SQL databases;
Experience in e-commerce, including A/B testing and conversion tracking;
Hands-on experience with any major cloud provider;
Understanding of secure web system design and best practices;
Proactive, autonomous, and strong in analytical problem-solving.
