Full-Stack Developer (Frontend focus)

We are looking for a proactive Full-Stack Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for the technical foundation of our ecosystem. We need an engineer who can design frontend architectures from scratch, conduct R&D for new tools, and deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance layouts supported by solid PHP backend logic.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Design frontend application architectures from the ground up. Perform technical complexity assessments and create detailed technical designs for frontend solutions.

• Development & Engineering: Deliver high-quality, professional web layouts and functional features within sprint cycles. Ensure robust backend support using PHP where required.

• Quality Assurance: Maintain a clean and scalable codebase through regular code reviews and efficient bug fixing.

• R&D & Innovation: Continuously research (R&D) new libraries and tools, evaluating their potential to improve our development process and product quality.

• Planning & Estimation: Actively participate in sprint and quarterly planning. Decompose complex high-level features into manageable technical tasks and provide accurate resource/time estimates.

• Process Management: Work closely with the team to ensure architectural consistency across all web products.

AI-Native Skills

• AI-Augmented Development: Expert use of AI-driven IDEs to delegate unit testing, documentation, and boilerplate code generation.

• Context Management: Skill in managing "context" for AI agents to ensure accurate, hallucination-free code generation.

• AI-Powered Debugging: Utilizing AI for deep log analysis and automatic generation of performance hotfixes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in modern Frontend development (React, Next.js or similar).

• Strong experience in designing application architecture and making strategic technical choices.

• Solid proficiency in backend development with PHP (integration with APIs, business logic).

• Professional expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less, Tailwind) and pixel-perfect responsive layout.

• Practical experience with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Git.

• Proven ability to decompose business requirements into technical sub-tasks.

• Knowledge of SOLID, DRY, KISS principles and experience in writing maintainable code.
