Frontend Developer

Remote (outside Russia/Belarus), flexible schedule.

Frontend Developer: an engineer who builds trust between code, business, and users.

Role mission: To create a sustainable, testable, and scalable frontend ecosystem — one where every feature and every release reinforces the reliability, performance, and engineering culture of Gehtsoft.

Key Results:

3 months:

• Delivers 40%+ of the frontend per sprint.

• Reduces technical debt; all new code passes CI and has 80% unit test coverage.

• Handles releases, maintains mobile updates, and monitors Sentry.

6 months:

• Frontend documentation and architecture are standardized.

• 90%+ of tasks are completed within 5 days or less.

• Leads demos, updates dependencies, and ensures 100% of code reviews are completed with no critical bugs.

12 months:

• Technical debt in frontend and mobile is fully resolved.

• Automated tests cover real user scenarios; browser updates are handled per SLA; RCA < 2 per quarter.

• A cross-platform UI Kit is created for all subsystems.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of frontend development experience (TypeScript).

• 3+ years of experience with Vue 3.

• Strong knowledge of OAuth / OpenID / SSO.

• Experience with TDD, Jest/Vitest, Cypress; solid understanding of the testing pyramid.

• Deep knowledge of native JavaScript, OOP, and SOLID principles.

• Experience with PWA, Service Workers, SCSS/HTML5, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Basic to mid-level experience with mobile development (Kotlin or Swift).

• English and Russian — B2+ proficiency.

Nice to have:

• AWS, React, Java, Docker, CI/CD experience.
