Who we're looking for:

Product builders who move fast, have strong product taste, and are excited about shaping the future of AI.

You might be a founder, product manager, designer, engineer, or data analyst who has taken products from idea to reality and learned from the process.

We care less about titles and years of experience and more about evidence that you can:

• Ship products from 0→1 and scale them beyond launch

• Navigate ambiguity and turn messy problems into clear priorities

• Move quickly, iterate often, and learn from users

• Write clearly and communicate ideas effectively

• Make strong product decisions with imperfect information

• Obsess over user experience and product quality

• Work directly with customers and deeply understand their needs

• Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to deliver exceptional product.

We're especially interested in people who have built AI-powered products, worked closely with AI systems, experimented with agents, or use AI extensively to prototype, build, and ship.
