We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and support daily financial operations, reporting, and reconciliation processes. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of financial data, work with merchant settlements, and provide insights that help drive business decisions and support internal teams.

Responsibilities:
Perform daily transaction reconciliation across internal Excel-based accounting systems and automated platforms to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Conduct periodic financial reconciliations (weekly, monthly, annual), identifying discrepancies and ensuring consistent reporting standards
Create and maintain financial accounting workbooks and ledgers tailored to merchant and partner requirements
Manage merchant tariff onboarding and updates, ensuring accurate fee structures in internal systems
Calculate and process merchant settlements, including preparing and distributing detailed reports
Maintain daily financial performance dashboards by merchant and partner, tracking key metrics and trends
Execute transfers and deposit calculations, ensuring timely and accurate financial operations
Prepare and distribute regular (weekly/monthly) financial reports to merchants
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to Account Management and Sales teams
Maintain and update foreign exchange rates across all systems to support multi-currency operations
Support internal systems by reconciling transactions with online databases and ensuring proper mapping and linkage
Requirements:
2+ year of experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role within fintech, banking, or similar financial environments
Solid Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in daily financial tasks
Experience working with financial data, reconciliations, and reporting
A proactive and responsible mindset, with a genuine interest in learning
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple systems simultaneously
Willingness to dive into financial data and reconciliation processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
Nice to Have:
Educational background in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Additional information:
Please note that transaction reconciliation must be completed by 10:00 AM (EET/EEST). The process typically takes up to 1.5 hours, so depending on your time zone, an earlier start to the workday may be required.
