Lovi is the AI personalization layer for beauty and longevity. It turns a phone's camera into an entry point to both, matching products and treatments to a person's own scans and inputs. Already working in skincare, Lovi's scanner reads a face, then scores any product against that assessment, builds the routine around it, and brings people back to scan again to see whether it worked. Starting from app subscriptions and now with an e-commerce model on top, Lovi has reached $18m ARR and 700,000 downloads worldwide. Extension into hair, makeup and bodycare comes next, along with higher-LTV models coming as Lovi enters its next phase of growth.

Position Summary

Lovi is seeking a proactive, hands-on Finance & Operations Officer to take ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial and operational processes. Reporting to the Head of Finance & Operations, the role covers banking and payments, reconciliation, reporting support, corporate administration, and coordination with the company's external providers.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is willing to take ownership of the tasks as the business grows. It suits someone comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment where systems and processes are still being established.

Key Responsibilities

Payments & Cash

• Verify invoices and payment approvals.

• Process and manage payments to vendors, suppliers, contractors and the recurring monthly payroll.

• Monitor cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity.

• Reconcile bank and cash movements against the company's reporting.

• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation.

Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and provide all documentation required for the accounting close and support the closing process.

• Maintain the company's recurring reporting - cash flow plan, budget and management reporting pack - to the formats and cadence set.

• Prepare information packages requested by management and external parties (accountants, investors, lenders, etc.) to the format specified.

Corporate Administration

• Keep corporate filings and registrations current and on time.

• Coordinate day-to-day with the company's external providers (mostly accountants and legal counsel).

• Maintain the company's documentation in the shared digital workspace, keeping records complete, current and easily accessible.

• Administer the company's systems, subscriptions and access.

• Support the Head of Finance & Operations with any other tasks as requested.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations.

• Experience managing bank accounts, payments, and cash management activities.

• Experience working with external parties.

• Experience working across multiple systems to source data, and automating recurring work - through scripting, workflow tools or AI tooling - rather than handling it manually at volume.

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving.

Preferred

• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Experience in a consumer subscription, e-commerce, telecom or other high-transaction-volume business.
