Editor-in-Chief

We’re looking for a Editor-in-Chief to lead our content production for social media and the CryptoRank Research Hub. This role is essential for shaping our analytical media presence, setting the content strategy, and ensuring our publications are high-quality, timely, and impactful in the Web3.0 space.

Experience level: Senior / Lead

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a content strategy for social media channels and the Research Hub
2. Manage the full content production cycle: planning, creation, proofreading, fact-checking, and publishing
3. Monitor Web3.0 trends and narratives to generate new content ideas
4. Lead and coordinate a distributed content team (full-time and part-time members)
5. Ensure content quality, relevance, and alignment with brand standards
6. Analyze key metrics and test hypotheses to improve engagement and reach
7. Collaborate with other departments to maintain consistency and accuracy in content
8. Participate directly in content creation and brief designers for visuals

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in creating web3.0 content with strong market and technical knowledge
2. Ability to spot trends quickly via platforms like Twitter and Telegram, and analyze competitor content
3. Experience managing distributed teams or strong willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
4. Advanced English (C1+) and excellent written Russian
5. Hands-on approach to tasks, from writing to publishing

Nice-to-have:
1. Experience with Web3.0 analytics platforms
2. Knowledge of CMS and content performance analytics tools
3. Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
