E-commerce Operations Lead

You’ll work across departments like supply chain, marketing, support, and data to keep everything running smoothly and strategically.
What You’ll Do
Monitor and analyze brand performance (sales, conversion rates, reviews, etc.)
Conduct regular audits of product listings and suggest improvements
Keep up with industry and marketplace updates to maintain brand compliance and competitiveness
Coordinate with supply chain, brand, support, and marketing teams on day-to-day operations
Collaborate on pricing strategies, new product ideas, and growth initiatives
Help manage account health and resolve operational issues proactively
Participate in onboarding of new brands and support marketplace expansion
Track competitors and provide insight into emerging trends and opportunities
What You Bring
2–4 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or brand support roles
Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
Experience in project coordination or working across functions
Knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon is a plus
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to learn fast and grow with the role
