Digital Brand Designer

We're looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join our Brand team. You'll help communicate our diverse product offering to audiences around the world and drive engagement.

What you'll be doing

• Creating a more aligned and coherent brand experience by solidifying brand identity with product design

• Working across a range of digital outputs, such as app and web

• Providing creative input, developing new ideas, and spotting creative opportunities to communicate our brand and engage with target audiences

• Taking an iterative, test-and-learn approach with your creatives, developing new concepts while demonstrating a passion to understand customer behaviour

• Collaborating with Brand Designers to expand our portfolio and keep it fresh and exciting

• Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring designs are on-brand and high quality

What you'll need

• Experience in product design, with a portfolio to back it up, showing integration of brand elements within digital products

• Proficiency at systemising, ensuring consistency and adaptability across teams, and addressing feedback to refine and improve

• Solid collaboration skills to bridge the gap between creative and product teams to align on goals

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps in processes and fix them

• Great communication skills

• To be comfortable fielding design questions, managing feedback, and ensuring design resources are accessible to all

• An up-to-date understanding of digital design standards, as well as responsive and usability principles

Nice to have

• The ability to use data to influence creative decisions

• Experience at app-centric brands

• Experience with animation
